Administrators

Settings that read like sentences

Tags, teams and visibility are the three things a company decides for itself. Each one is written the way you would say it, and a preview answers the only question that matters: what does this person see, and why?
  • A tag is a label plus a behaviour. Rename Office to On site and no number changes.
  • Teams nest to any depth; managing a team means managing everything beneath it.
  • Visibility: a baseline, role rules, team grants, person overrides. Every level only adds.
  • Editing a tag’s behaviour creates a new version from a date; last month’s report stays as it was.
Baseline
Everyone can see everyone.
Managers
Managers can see their own team and everything beneath it.
Marketing
Marketing can see Product & Development. Its managers can also see Sales.
Sick
Sick is visible to managers only.
Other roles

Every role, one product

Employees, managers, office managers and administrators use the same data. Pick a role to see what it gets.
Employees
Plan a week in thirty seconds, on a phone.
Managers
See when the team overlaps, in the grid you already use.
Office managers
Expected against desks, per office, per day. Rooms beside them.
