Each plan is one flat fee per month that includes a number of people — 25, 75 or 200. Every person above that number adds the per-person amount shown on the plan, per month. Billed yearly, the monthly fee is 15% lower. People who have left the company stop counting from their leaving date.
Not in the first version, by design. A schedule day in Hyblance is a calendar date at a location, not a meeting, and a room is booked in Hyblance and nowhere else. That keeps every number honest. Calendar integrations are on the list for later; they are not a condition for getting value now.
In the European Union. The database and authentication run in an EU region; transactional e-mail is sent through a provider under standard contractual clauses. The privacy policy lists every sub-processor.
Only if the tag allows it. Each tag has its own visibility level — anyone who can see me, my own team, managers only, or HR only. A colleague who may see the day but not the label sees “Away” and nothing more. Wide scope shows more people, never more detail.
No. Capacity is a number per office: how many people it holds on a day. That is the question an office manager actually has, and it needs no map to answer.
An afternoon. Create the organisation, name the first office and its desk capacity, invite your people. The seven default tags — Office, Home, Course, Client visit, Focus day, Sick, Vacation — are ready on day one and can be changed at any time.
